These handmade masks are multi-layered made of the highest quality Premium Cotton, hand-sewn to fit any face shape.

Hand-Sewn: Masks are made from 2 layers of cotton fabric and have a filter pocket to make the 3rd layer.
3 layers (2 layers of cotton fabric + 1 filter pocket to insert filter). A wide Filter Pocket - allows you to add a removable Filter for the extra care.

Material: This face cover is made of Premium Cotton, making it soft and comfortable to your face.
The masks provide easy breathing without irritating the skin and are comfortable to wear.

Fit: The improved snug fit and wide design help reduce the breath escaping "into " the glasses and thus reduces fogging.

Size: Adjustable ear loops for the perfect fit. Size can be adjusted by tying the knot with elastic bands.
Fits any face sizes comfortably.

Washable: The masks are machine washable at 40 degrees and should be washed with your usual laundry detergent.
To prolong the life of the mask I would advise to hand wash if possible. Please wash dark colours separately. Air dry your mask after washing.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19 on both our couriers and distribution center, delivery of orders can be delayed. Shipping may take an additional 10-20 days for packages to arrive.

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day, but in light of the current situation please expect order processing delays by up to 2-3 working days.

NON-EU COUNTRIES - CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES 

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.   

Please be aware that Munnes does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Munnes, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 25 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes any clearance items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@munnes.com

Shipping
To return your product please contact us at info@munnes.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
